标准化视角下的乡镇街道综合行政执法改革

The Reform of Township Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement from Standardized Perspective

本文总结了广东省乡镇街道综合行政执法改革的现状,分析了现阶段乡镇街道综合行政执法工作存在的主要问题,并指出导致这些问题的主要原因之一就是标准规范文件缺失、标准化程度低。基于此,笔者从标准化的视角出发,结合广东省的实际情况,为乡镇街道综合行政执法改革的深入推进提出对策建议。

This article summarizes the present situation of the reform of township street comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the main problems existing in the present stage,then points out that one of the main reasons leading to these problems is the lack of standard specification documents and low of standardization.Based on this,combining with the actual situation in Guangdong Province,the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the reform of township street comprehensive administrative law enforcement from the perspective of standardization.
