管理标准化视角下知识转移的路径研究——以航天企业为例

Research on the Path of Knowledge Transfer from the Perspective of Management Standardization:Take Aerospace Companies as an Example

在当前知识经济时代,随着我国产业数字化和标准化等战略的深入推进,如何更有效地提高航天企业知识管理水平,成为一项重要的课题。在航天企业内部的管理类知识经验因其复杂性和内隐性,使得大部分知识分散在不同组织、载体及个人手中,表现出知识利用效率低下、交流共享不充分等问题。本文以知识为研究对象,对知识转移有关的研究文献进行总结,并根据航天企业性质对知识管理的相关概念进行阐述,指出了航天企业知识管理存在的主要问题。参照SECI成熟度模型,在标准化视角下提出相应路径及策略,从而通过实现管理类知识经验的提炼、集成与共享,全面提升管理规范化、高效化和精细化水平。

In the era of knowledge economy,with the in-depth promotion of China's industrial digitization and standardization,how to effectively improve the knowledge management level of aerospace enterprises has become an important research hotspots.Because of the complexity and implicit nature of the management knowledge experience in aerospace enterprises,most of the knowledge is often scattered in the different organizations,carriers and individuals,showing problems such as low efficiency of knowledge utilization and insufficient sharing.This paper takes knowledge transfer as the research object,summarizes the research literature related to it,and expounds the relevant concepts and points out the main problems of knowledge management according to the characteristic of aerospace enterprises.With reference to SECI maturity model,the corresponding paths and strategies are proposed from the perspective of standardization,in order to comprehensively improve the level of management standardization,efficiency and refinement by refining,integrating and sharing management knowledge and experience.
