An Overview of the Implementation and Achievements of Morocco's Standardization Strategy

摩洛哥标准化学会(IMANOR)自2010年成立以来,围绕国家重点发展产业积极制定和实施标准化战略,在标准助力工业、农业、电力等领域质量提升和现代化方面取得了突出成就。该机构还在阿拉伯区域标准化合作和非洲大陆自由贸易区建设中发挥了重要的促进作用。摩洛哥是我国“一带一路”的重点合作对象,中摩在基础设施、汽车零部件、新能源、数字经济等领域合作的潜力巨大。技术合作的不断深入离不开标准化领域的进一步交流与合作,中方需要关注摩洛哥重点产业,对接摩洛哥标准化政策,开展摩洛哥标准研究和比对分析,促进中摩标准互认,推动两国标准体系更好地相互兼容,以创造更大的合作空间和经济效益。

The Institut Marocain de Normalisation(IMANOR)has actively formulated and implemented standardization strategies around national key development industries since its establishment,and has achieved outstanding achievements in promoting quality improvement and modernization in fields such as industry,agriculture and electricity through standards.IMANOR has also played an important promoting role in the standardization cooperation of the Arab region and the construction of the African Continental Free Trade Area(AfCFTA).Morocco is a key partner of China's"the Belt and Road Initiative",and China and Morocco have great potential for cooperation in infrastructure,auto parts,new energy,digital economy and other fields.The continuous deepening of technical cooperation cannot be separated from further exchanges and cooperation in the field of standardization.China needs to pay attention to Morocco's key industries,align with Morocco's standardization policies,conduct Moroccan standard research and comparative analysis,accelerate standard mutual recognition,and promote better compatibility of the two countries'standard systems,in order to create greater cooperation space and economic benefits.
