赣南富硒土壤中不同农作物硒富集能力研究

Research on Selenium Enrichment Capacity of Different Crops in Selenium-rich Soil in Southern Jiangxi

摘要 本研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水稻、茶叶、蔬菜、水果样品中的硒含量,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定样品土壤的硒含量,并由此计算出生物富集系数,进而比较不同作物对硒元素的吸收能力,以筛选出硒富集能力高的农作物。结果表明,不同作物对土壤中硒的富集能力各有不同,硒富集能力大小顺序为:水稻>茶叶>南瓜>杨梅>丝瓜>辣椒>脐橙,且同类产品对硒的富集能力也存在一定差异。 In this study,inductively coupled plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the selenium content in rice,tea,vegetables and fruit samples,and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)was used to determine the selenium content in sample soil,from which the bioaccumulation coefficient was calculated,and then the absorption capacity of different crops to selenium was compared to screen out crops with high selenium enrichment capacity.The results showed that different crops had different abilities to accumulate selenium in soil,and the order of selenium accumulation abilities was rice>tea>pumpkin>myrica rubra>sponge gourd>pepper>navel orange.At the same time,there are also some differences in the ability of selenium enrichment of the same kind of products.
