摘要
茶叶品质形成过程中最关键的是茶叶加工。针对红茶加工企业存在的不符合标准化生产要求等问题,本文在研究国内外红茶相关标准发展现状的基础上,构建了红茶加工标准体系,并对我国红茶加工标准化工作提出了几点建议,以期推动我国红茶产业高质量发展。
The key to the formation of tea quality is tea processing.In view of the problems existing in black tea processing enterprises that do not meet the requirements of standardized production,based on the study of the development status of black tea related standards at home and abroad,this paper constructs a black tea processing standard system,and puts forward some suggestions on the standardization of black tea processing,in order to promote the high-quality development of black tea industry in China.
