稻虾全产业链标准体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Standard System of the Whole Industrial Chain of Rice and Shrimp

稻虾产业作为一种近年来新兴的乡村特色产业,是探索农业调结构和转方式的一种新思路,有助于我国发展精细农业,推动乡村产业振兴。笔者通过分析稻虾产业及标准化现状,围绕稻虾全产业链各环节标准化需求,构建了稻虾全产业链标准体系框架,并梳理出标准明细表,以期加强对稻虾种养的规范指导,助推我国稻虾产业高质量发展。

As a new rural characteristic industry in recent years,rice and shrimp industry is a new way to explore structure adjustment and mode transformation in agriculture,which is conducive to the development of precision agriculture and the revitalization of rural industries.By analyzing the current situation of rice and shrimp industry and its standardization,and focusing on the standardization needs of each link of the whole rice and shrimp industry chain,the author has constructed the standard system framework of the whole industry chain of rice and shrimp,and combed out the standard list,in order to strengthen the standard guidance of rice planting and shrimp farming,and promoting the high-quality development of rice and shrimp industry in China.
