摘要
机关事务工作是国家治理体系的有机组成部分,是实现国家治理能力现代化的重要内容。发挥标准化在机关运行保障中的规范、调节、约束、控制功能,提升机关事务保障质量和效益,是新时代机关事务工作的新课题。本文通过分析机关事务高质量发展对标准化的现实需求,研究当前机关事务标准化的现状,总结提炼各地标准化主要做法与经验借鉴,并给出相应的建议,为标准化持续推进机关事务高质量发展提供了参考。
Government affairs is an organic part of the national governance system and an important part of the modernization of national governance capacity.It’s a new task for government affairs work in the new era to give full play to the functions of standardization,regulation,restraint and control in government affairs guarantee,and to improve the quality and efficiency of government affairs guarantee.In the paper,by analyzing the realistic demand of high-quality development of government affairs for standardization,the current situation of standardization of government affairs is studied,the main practices and experiences of standardization in various places are summarized and refined,and corresponding suggestions are given,which provide a reference for standardization to continuously promote high-quality development of government affairs.
