道岔结构较为复杂,控制项点多。道岔组装过程中存在的不合格质量问题与“人机料法环测时(5MTE)”7个因素有关。严格管控“5MTE”各因素环节,及时进行分析并优化改进,可有效规避防范质量问题,从而提升产品的质量控制水平,保证产品通过验收。

The turnout structure is complex and there are many control points.Most of the unqualified quality problems in the process of turnout assembly are related to seven factors of"5MTE".Strict control of each link factor of"5MTE",timely analysis and optimization and improvement,which can effectively avoid and prevent quality problems,so as to improve the quality control level of the product and ensure that products pass acceptance.
