精准扶贫背景下的光伏扶贫标准化建设研究——以内蒙古光伏扶贫为例

Research on Standardization Construction of Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation under the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation: Take Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation in Inner Mongolia as an Example

光伏扶贫是精准扶贫中的一项创新举措。本文简要介绍了光伏扶贫的概念、背景及模式,针对内蒙古自治区光伏扶贫项目遇到的困难与挑战,分析了标准化建设对光伏扶贫的重要性。在此基础上,初步编制了光伏扶贫标准体系框架及标准明细表,并提出一些加强光伏扶贫标准化工作的建议,旨在助推光伏扶贫项目高质量发展,提高光伏扶贫质效。

Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is an innovative measure in targeted poverty alleviation.This paper briefly introduces the concept,background and mode of photovoltaic poverty alleviation,and analyzes the importance of standardization construction to photovoltaic poverty alleviation in view of the difficulties and challenges encountered by photovoltage projects for poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.On this basis,the framework and standard list of photovoltaic poverty alleviation standard system are preliminarily prepared,and some suggestions to strengthen the standardization of photovoltaic poverty alleviation are put forward,in order to promote the high-quality development of photovoltage projects for poverty alleviation and improve the quality and efficiency of photovoltaic poverty alleviation.
