功能纳米材料在食品污染物检测中的运用分析
摘要
本文分析了食品污染物检测工作的主要目的,同时,以碳纳米管和石墨烯、磁性纳米粒子、纳米金属氧化物、量子点为切入点,阐述了功能纳米材料在食品污染物检测中的实际应用,旨在推动食品污染物检测工作的升级。
