正常髋关节静脉的解剖与X线观察

Anatomical and Radiological Observation on Veins of Normal Hip Joiont

作者报告了成人尸体20侧髋关节静脉解剖,30侧正常髋关节静脉造影和3例新生婴儿尸体6侧髋关节静脉显影的结果。其中股骨头颈的静脉回流路线以颈后静脉和旋股内侧静脉为主,而髓腔中心静脉、营养静脉属于代偿性的静脉回流路线。

The authors reported the results of an observation on veins of hip joint on twenty adult cadavers venographically and thirty hips of volunteers,and dynamic venography in six hips of infant cadavers.According to the results,the authors concluded that the medial circumflex femoral veins and the posterior cervical veins were the most important outlets for hip venous drainage.The medullary central vein and nutritional veins,however,were the compensative ways for the venous drainage of the hip joint.
