摘要
在骨骼肌桥接神经缺损的实验研究基础上,我们对3例尺神经缺损3~4cm的患者,用肌桥及神经移植术进行修复。本文将此两种术式作比较,发现用肌桥修复尺神经缺损,除动作电位的电压比神经移植稍低外,早期电生理的恢复是令人满意:神经传导速度、初生再生电位(初生运动单位电位)和动作电位的恢复差别不大。
Based on the experimental study of bridging the gap of the peripheral nerve,3 cases of injury of the ulnar nerve with a defect of 3-4cm were repaired with pedicle skeletal muscle bridging and nerve grafting respectively.The two operations were compared by eceltrophysiological means.The early electromyographic changes of the pedicle skeletal muscle bridging were satifactory.Except the action potential voltage of the pedicle skeletal muscle bridging which was a little lower than that of the nerve grafting,there were no substantial differences between the two methods in terms of conduction velocity,nascent reinnervation voltage(nascent motor unit potential)and action potential.
