食管胸段前鄰器官的定位研究

Localization of the Organs Lying in Front of the Thoracic Segment of the Esophagus in Chinese

本文测量了58具成年尸体食管胸段的长度,用内外相关和自身比例的方法,着重对食管胸段前邻器官的占位及其在胸骨上的投影作了定位研究,并结合临床应用进行了讨论。

In this article,we measured the thoracic segment of the esophagus and the adjacent organs in front of it on 58 adult cadavers.The whole length of the thoracic segment of the esophagus was 17.8cm and the length of the sterum was 16cm.The outer diameter of the arch of the aorta was 3.0cm and that of the left bronchus 1.8cm.The distance from the upper border of the left superior pulmonary vein to the lower border of the left inferior pulmonary vein was 3.5cm.The posterior wall of the left atrium was 6.5cm long and that of the left ventricle was 3.5cm long.Proportional localization of these adjacent organs was made by dividing the esophagus into ten equal parts and the projective localization of these organs on the sterum was made by nine-division method.
