摘要
根据100侧上肢标本的解剖研究,我们对1例肌皮神经损伤的患者作了胸背神经移位和其缝接术,获得满意的结果。术后9个月,肱二头肌肌力收缩时在4级以上,屈肘关节时能提起2kg的重物。
Based upon the anatomical studies on 100 specimens of the upper limb,the authors have accomplished the operation of transferring the thoracodorsal nerve for the repair of the musculocutaneous nerve injury in one case with good results.Nine months after the operation the function of the biceps has gained the contraction force up to the maximum ofⅣgrade.During the act of elbow flexion,the patient can lift the weiht of 2kg,
