摘要
为适应耳科行乳突根治术和面神经减压术、面神经修补术等需要,本文用50例成人锯开的颞骨标本对骨性面神经管的鼓室段(水平段)、锥段、乳突段(垂直段)进行了观察:测量了其长度、管径、壁厚及其与颈静脉窝、前庭窗的距离:探讨了其与临床的关系。
The anatomical data of facial canal are required in radical mastoidctomy,facial-neurolysis,facial nerve repair and so on.In this study,the length,diameter and thickness of the mastoid and tympanic parts of the facial canal were investigated on 50 sawed temporal specimens.In addition,the distances of the two parts to the jugular fossa and the vestibular window were measured.The practical importance of these data was discussed.
