摘要
应用三种枸橼酸盐溶液(低渗、等渗、高渗)低温储存兔肾48小时,观察其组织学、组织化学变化。结果表明高渗枸橼酸盐溶液储存的肾脏,其组织结构、酶组织化学反应最好。
Rabbit kidneys were preservated in hypertonic,isotonic and hypotonic citra-te solutions at 0℃for 48 hours.Then the comparative study was carried outby means of histological and histochemical methods.The results show that thehypertonic citrate solution is most suitable for cold preservation of rabbitkidney.
