特发性脊柱侧弯患者两侧肌肉的组织化学观察

Histochemical Observation of the Paraspinal Muscles in Idiopathic scoliosis

观察了特发性脊柱侧弯患者脊柱两侧肌肉的组织化学变化,并且与正常人肌肉进行比较。正常人脊柱两侧肌肉Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维的比例基本对称,而侧弯病人凸侧肌肉的Ⅰ型肌肉纤维比数明显高于凹侧:另外还观察到脊柱两侧深层肌肉与凸侧浅层肌肉中有虫蚀样纤维.数量颇多,并且肌纤维排列紊乱.肌膜内有大量脂肪沉积,凹侧浅层肌肉病理变化不明显。

Paraspinal muscle samples obtained from six patients suffering from idiopa-thic scoliosis and two young male corpses at the levels of the apex of the primarycurve or T8 were histochemically observed.The proportions of typeⅠmuscular fi-ber to typeⅡon both sides are similar in normal young male corpses,while inthe patients with idiopathic scoliosis the presentage of typeⅠfiber in the paras-pinal muscle on the convex side is greater than that on the concave side.Addit-ionally,many moth-eaten fibers were found in the deep muscles on both sides ofthe vertebral column and the superficial muscles on the convex side.The muscularfibers arranged in disorder,and fat was deposited within the endomyosium andperimyosium.On the concave side the superficial muscles had little pathogenicchanges.
