Applied Anatomical Study of Cannulation of Gonadal Veins

为了给临床提供性腺静脉、尤其是睾丸静脉插管的应用解剖学资料,在45具成尸上(男30、女15)对性腺静脉的回流部位、角度和外径等进行了详细观测(性别差异不显著)。

The confluent site,outer diameter and angle of the gonadal veins were investigated on 45 adult cadavers(30 males and 15 females).The results show there is on significant difference between the sexes.The left gonadal vein is usually one in number and pours into the left renal vein(97.8%of the cases through the inferior wall of the vein and 2.2%through the superior wall).In 57.3%of the cases,the opening site of the gonadal vein on the left renal vein is lateral to that of the left suprarenal vein within 10mm.The right gonadal vein is one or two in number,which pours into the inferior vena cava through the right anterior wall(66.7%),right wall(18.8%)or right posterior wall(2.1%)or into the right renal vein(12.5%).
