用胎儿为供体的肾上腺移植的应用解剖学

Applied Anatomical Study of Adrenal Transplantation by Using Fetus as the Donor

为了扩大肾上腺供体的来源,作者在31具大月份新鲜胎儿标本上,主要观察了左肾上腺的位置、毗邻、肾上脉血管的起始、走行及分布,测量了与肾上腺移植有关的数据。本文依据解剖学基础,提出了改变肾上腺区的暴露方法、供体血管的截取部位、受区部位的建议,为手术提供解剖学资料。

In order to provide the donor for adrenal transplantation,the authors observed the position of the left adrenal and the course and distribution of adrenal blood vessels on 31 fresh fetal cadavers(over 7 momths old).According to the anatomical findings,the exposing method of adrenal area,the cutting site of the adr enal blood vessels and the recipient area are suggested.
