摘要
在手术显微镜下观察了122个成人的圆窗,43.4%未见龛膜存在,属开放型;56.6%有龛膜,并可分为封闭型、穿孔型和网状型三种。使用计算机图象分析系统处理70个颞骨的切片图象并进行测量。讨论了圆窗区域手术中的有关要点。
On 122 adult cadavers,the temporal bone was examined under an operative microscope.43.4%of the cases are of clear round window niche without membrane(the open type),while 56.6%have round niche membrane which could be further divided into three types:the closed,the perforated and the reticulated types.A computer connected with an image analysis system was employed to process and measure the sections of 70 temporal bones.The surgical approach to the round window is discussed and some anatomical bases for clinical otology are provided in this paper.
