An Applied Anatomical Study on Blood Supply of Metacarpophalangeal Joints

在手术显微镜下观测了30侧成人尸体手150个掌指关节的血供,平均每个关节有血管7.7支。背侧关节支与掌侧关节支之比为2:1。各掌指关节的关节支均来源于邻近的动脉,吻合邻近的管径较粗的掌背动脉或指掌侧固有动脉,可进行异体或自体的掌指关节移植。

We dissected and observed 30 hands on adult cadavers(150 metacarpophalangealjoints)with an operative microscope.It was found that there were 1152 jointbranches,among them 771 were postrerior branches,381 anterior branches;theaverage was 7.7 in each joint.The joint branches originate from the neighboringarteries.When proceeding autograft or heterograft of the metacarpophalangealjoint,the dorsal metacarpal a.,common palmar digital a.,proper palmer digitala a.and ulnar little finger a.could be selected for the application of vascular anasto-mosis.The diameter of these arteries are all above 0.7mm.
