摘要
借助于手术显微镜,在20例标本上观测了椎动脉Ⅰ、Ⅱ段周围的神经;采用Karnovsky乙酰胆碱脂酶组织化学切片方法,观察了5例新鲜尸体的有关神经。发自交感干颈段和颈神经的神经在椎动脉周围相互吻合,袢绕于动脉周围。切片上,椎动脉周围不同神经的神经纤维酶活性各异。根据解剖位置关系,Luschka关节病变可能成为压迫或刺激这些神经的因素。
The nerves around the vertebral artery were studied on 20 specimens under anoperating microscope.Karnovsky’s histochemical method for acetylcholinesterase(AChE)was employed to disclose the nerves from 5 fresh cadavers.The nervesarising from the cervical part of the sympathetic trunk and cervical nerves anas-tomose with each other around the artery.The AChE activity is unlike in thosedifferent kinds of nerves.The nerves might be involved in the diseases of Luschka’sjoint owing to their anatomical relationship.
