Applied Anatony of Children’s Forearm Flap

为提供学龄前期和学龄期儿童前臂皮瓣的应用解剖学资料,作者用40侧儿童上肢以腐蚀和解剖两种方法对桡动脉及其分支进行了观察和测量,并结合有关资料和临床问题进行了讨论。

The investigation of the forearm flap supplied by the cutaneous branches of the radial artery was made on 40 forearms of cadavers aged 6-10.The main re-sults are as follows.1.The average length of the radial arteries is 124.8mm,their deep branch63mm and their superficial branch 61.5mm.The average diameter of the arteriesis 1.1mm in its middle portion.2.The deep and superficial branches of the ra-dial artery send out 4.1 and 10.5 cutaneous branches respectively.The diameterof the cutaneous branches from the deep branch is 0.3mm,and that from the su-perficial one 0.2mm.3.The area of the forearm flap supplied by radial arteryis 55.4cm~2;while by the superficial branch 20.8cm~2.4.The diameter of the ce-phalic vein is 1.6mm in its middle portion.
