摘要
在25具尸体上,对额肌及其血管、神经作了解剖学观测。并利用额肌瓣转移矫正先天性上睑下垂及额部缺损,获满意效果。
The frontal muscle with its nerves and arteries was observed and measuredon 25 adult cadavers for the purpose of clinical application.The average lengthof the lateral side of the muscle is 6.6cm;the width of the upper side 12.7cm;the width of the lower side 11.2cm and the thickness 1.5cm.The arteries mainlyarise from the frontal branch of the superficial temporal artery,supraorbitalartery and supratrochlear artery.The point that the frontal branch enters themuscle lies at 4cm above the lateral angle of the eye,while temporal branch ofthe facial nerve at 2.6cm above the lateral angle of the eye.The operative rel-evance is discussed.
