颈椎骨质增生与颈椎病关系的探讨 被引量:8

摘要 通过对50例颈椎骨标本的测量,统计了骨质增生的出现率和颈椎各径、钩突各径值及上关节突关节面的角度,比较了正常组与骨质增生组的差异,以阐述骨质增生对颈椎椎管、椎间管的影响,通过对钩突前后径与椎上切迹的相关统计,发现二者呈负相关。随着钩突前后径的增大,椎间管变窄。 The diameters of vertebral body,spinal canal,superior vertebral notch anduncinate process were measured on 50 cervical spines,then the normal group wascompared with the osteophyte group.The results indicate that the diameters ofvertebral body and uncinate process in osteophyte group are much larger thanthose in normal group.The statistical analysis shows,in osteophyte group,thatthere is a significant negative correlation between the anterior-posterior diameterof the uncinate process and that of the superior vertebral notch.Our data provethat osteophytes in cervical columns could reduce the diameters of the cervical spinal canal and superior vertebral notch,which could further affect spinal cord,cervical nerve root and vertebral artery and cause cervical spondylosis.
