用下位肋间神经与股神经缝接治疗截瘫的解剖学探讨 被引量:3

摘要 用死后3小时以内的新鲜尸体,在腋中线后方和腹直肌外缘至后面,取第11肋间神经和肋下神经各1段;在腰大肌和髂肌间取股神经1段。用乙酰胆碱脂酶组织化学方法,观察了各段神经干的截面积、神经束(组)的面积、神经束的功能组合、神经束与结缔组织的比率、以及各段神经内运动性神经纤维的数量,计算了下位肋间神经与股神经上述各项数据的比率。结果表明股神经与下位肋间神经的各项比率悬殊。从解剖学角度看,用下位肋间神经与股神经缝接治疗截瘫的设想,可能收效甚微。 The 11th costal and subcostal nerves posterior to midaxillary line and at thelateral border of abdominal rectus muscle,and the femoral nerves between iliacusand psoas were removed from human cadavers within 3 hours postmortem.Thehistochemical Method of Karnorsky was employed in the identification of specificfascicles and other neuroanatomical features.The cross-sectional areas of thenerves and their fascicles were surveyed separately.The connective tissue-fascicu-lar ratios in the nerves and the ratios of fascicular amounts between the inter-costal and femoral nerves were calculated.The results show that there is a greatdisparity in the cross-sectional areas and the amount of the fascicles betweenthe femoral and intercostal nerves.It is considered therefore that the intercosto-femoral nerve anastomosis for the treatment of paraplegia may produce very littleeffect.
