注意缺陷多动障碍的循证治疗指南综述 被引量:6

Review of Evidence-based Treatment Guidelines for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是常见的神经发育障碍,全世界许多机构发布了ADHD治疗指南。这些指南的质量良莠不齐,一些治疗建议甚至相互冲突,因此近年来基于循证方法、特别强调科学性与系统性的循证指南逐渐成为临床指南的主流形式。本研究检索并最终确定了当前国际上4个制定机构最权威、制定程序最严谨、应用范围最广泛的ADHD循证治疗指南,探讨它们在治疗理念、治疗程序及具体治疗建议方面的共通点,以及各自在服务对象、年龄划分、评估诊断、治疗模式等方面的差异与特色。我国可参考这些循证指南,为将来制定ADHD治疗指南、发展本土化治疗手册、建立全方位防控体系提供重要借鉴。 Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)is a common neurodevelopmental disorder.Many institutions around the world have issued ADHD treatment guidelines.The quality of these guidelines is mixed,and some treatment suggestions even conflict with each other.Therefore,evidence-based guidelines based on evidence-based methods,with special emphases on scientificity and systematicness,have gradually become the mainstream form of clinical guidelines in recent years.This study searched and finally selected four ADHD evidence-based treatment guidelines which are the most authoritative,the most rigorous and the most widely used in the current international formulation agencies,and discussed their common points in treatment concepts,treatment procedures and specific treatment suggestions,as well as their differences and characteristics in service objects,age division,evaluation and diagnosis,treatment modes,etc.China can refer to these evidence-based guidelines to provide important reference for the future development of ADHD treatment guidelines,the development of localized treatment manuals,and the establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control system.
