摘要
目的:考察生活事件、反刍思维与听力障碍大学生抑郁的关系。方法:采用追踪设计,对324名听力障碍大学生使用青少年生活事件量表、反刍思维量表以及抑郁量表进行两次测试。结果:(1)T1生活事件与T1、T2两个时间段的反刍思维、抑郁均显著正相关;(2)在即时模型中,T1反刍思维在T1生活事件对T1抑郁的正向预测作用中起部分中介作用,且该模型不存在性别差异;(3)在延时模型中,T2反刍思维在T1生活事件对T2抑郁的正向预测作用中起部分中介作用,且该模型存在性别差异。结论:在即时模型和延时模型中,生活事件均可以通过反刍思维的中介作用对抑郁产生影响,但只有在延时模型中存在性别差异。
Objective:To explore the correlation among life events,rumination and depression in hearing impaired college students.Methods:324 hearing-impaired college students were investigated twice with the adolescent self-rating life events check list,ruminative responses scale and self-rating depression scale.Results:(1)Life events in time1 was significantly and positively related with rumination and depression at time1 and time2;(2)In the real-time model,time1 rumination played a partial mediating role between time1 life events and time1 depression,and there was no gender difference in the model;(3)In the time-delay model,time2 rumination played a partial mediating role between time1 life events and time2 depression,and there was a gender difference in the model.Conclusion:In both real-time model and time-delay model,life events can affect depression through rumination,but there is a gender difference in delayed model.
