自闭症患儿行为干预研究方法的发展与趋势

Development and Trend of Behavioral Intervention Research Methods in Children with Autism

自闭症谱系障碍(Autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一种由于神经系统失调导致的广泛性发育障碍。近年来国内外自闭症患病率逐渐上升,其中儿童的占比也逐年递增,临床和应用研究一直在探索行之有效的干预方法并不断进行改进。为了向专业干预人员和患儿照料者提供系统的指导和帮助,本文梳理了目前应用最广且干预效果得到实证支持的七种行为干预方法,系统总结了每种方法的干预原理、主要特点、干预程序、干预效果与新的发展,最后在此基础上总结了自闭症患儿行为干预研究方法的发展趋势及未来展望。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a kind of pervasive developmental disorders due to the nervous system disorders.In recent years,the prevalence of autism has been increasing at home and abroad,and the proportion of children has been increasing year by year.Effective intervention methods were continuously explored in clinical and applied research.In order to provide systematic guidance and assistance to professional intervention staff and caregivers of children,this paper summarized the seven most widely used behavioral intervention methods with empirical support.The principle of intervention,main features,intervention procedures,intervention effect and new advances were discussed in detail.Finally,on this basis,the development trends and future prospects of behavioral intervention research methods for children with autism were summarized.
