摘要
目的:探索中小学教师工作家庭平衡的潜在类别,并探讨不同类别的社会支持、工作投入及离职意向得分差异。方法:采用工作家庭平衡量表、社会支持量表、工作投入量表及离职意向问卷对862名中小学教师进行调查,运用潜在剖面分析进行异质性检验。结果:中小学教师的工作家庭平衡可分为三个潜在类别:矛盾型(41.30%)、平衡型(40.14%)及活跃型(18.56%),三个潜在类别的社会支持、工作投入及离职意向得分存在显著差异。结论:中小学教师的工作家庭平衡具有明显的分类特征,包括矛盾型、平衡型及活跃型,平衡型教师获得的社会支持较多,工作投入度较高,离职意向较低。
Objective:To explore the latent classes of work family balance and the differences in the scores of social support,job engagement and turnover intention among primary and secondary school teachers.Methods:The Work family Balance Scale,Social Support Scale,Job Engagement Scale and Turnover Intention Questionnaire were administrated to 862 primary and secondary school teachers.The method of latent profile analysis was used for heterogeneity testing.Results:The results revealed that the work family balance of primary and secondary school teachers couldbe divided into three types:contradictory type(41.30%),balance type(40.14%),active type(18.56%)and the three types exhibited significance differences in the scores of social support,job engagement and turnover intention.Conclusion:The work family balance of primary and secondary school teachers has obvious classification characteristics,including contradictory type,balanced type and active type.In the balanced type,the primary and secondary school teachers have more social support,higher job engagement and lower turnover intention.
