大学生恋爱适应与关系满意度的纵向研究

A Longitudinal Research of Love Adaptation and Love Satisfaction Among College Students

目的:探讨恋爱适应与恋爱满意度的关系及动态影响。方法:招募102对恋爱中的情侣施测恋爱适应和关系满意度问卷,对其进行为期6个月三个时间点的追踪调查。结果:个体的恋爱适应对恋爱满意度有显著的行动者效应和对象效应,其中男性恋爱适应比女性恋爱适应更能预测双方的关系满意度;男女恋爱适应对双方恋爱满意度的交互作用均显著,只有当个体恋爱适应很低时,伴侣的恋爱适应正向显著预测个体的恋爱满意度;男性恋爱适应和女性恋爱满意度正向预测未来男女双方的恋爱适应及恋爱满意度,且男性恋爱适应的积极影响具有相对稳定性。结论:恋爱关系美满的过程就是伴侣双方相互适应的过程,要充分发挥男性恋爱适应在亲密关系发展中的积极作用。

Objective:To explore the relationship and dynamic influence of love adaptation and love satisfaction.Methods:102 young couples in love were recruited in this longitudinal investigation.They were tested with questionnaires about the relationship of love adaptation and love satisfaction at three different times during six months.Results:Individual’s love adaptation had significant actor effect and partner effect on love satisfaction;the male romantic adaptation showed a greater predictive power for the current relationship satisfaction than the female romantic adaptation did.There was significant interaction effect between love adaptation and love satisfaction.When the individual’s level of romantic adaptation was very low,the partner’s love adaptation significantly predicted individual’s romantic satisfaction;male romantic adaptation and female love satisfaction positively predicted future love adaptation and love satisfaction of both men and women,and the predictivity of male romantic adaptation was relatively stable.Conclusion:A successful romantic relationship is a process that both partners adapt well to each other,and men’s love adaptation plays an important role in the development of intimate relationship.
