青年夫妻冲突应对方式性别差异的扎根理论分析

Grounded Theoretical Analysis of Gender Differences in Coping Styles of Conflict between Young Couples

目的:采用质性研究的方式探讨我国当代青年夫妻冲突应对方式的性别特征及差异。方法:通过深度访谈法采集资料,运用扎根理论进行编码分析和理论构建。采取随机抽样策略,依据信息饱和原则,最终抽取符合研究条件的访谈对象24人(男性11人)。通过原始材料与受访者真实意图之间的一致性、理论生成与原始材料的一致性来进行效度检验,通过编码者之间的编码一致性进行信度检验。结果:夫妻冲突应对中,女性表现出主动自我提升和促进夫妻关系进步的进取性策略的同时也呈现更多主动攻击性,男性则更多采用通过妥协来维护夫妻关系和谐的退让性策略,并通过回避退缩实施对配偶的被动攻击。结论:在夫妻冲突过程中,夫妻双方的感性表达与理性表达在不同阶段体现出不同特征。男女均应该打破性别角色的限制,相互学习,积极、有效地去应对夫妻冲突。

Objective:This paper used qualitative research to explore the gender characteristics and differences of coping styles of contemporary young couples’conflicts in China.Methods:Data were collected through in-depth interviews,and coding analysis and theoretical construction were carried out by grounded theory.According to the principle of information saturation,24 interviewees(11 males)who met the research criteria were selected by random sampling.The validity test was carried out by the consistency between the original material and the real intention of the interviewees,and the consistency between the theoretical generation and the original material.The reliability test was carried out by the consistency between two coders’coding.Results:In the coping of marital conflict,women showed obvious enterprising characteristics,while men tended to concede.Women’s enterprise was reflected in initiative self-improvement and promoting the development of husband-wife relationship,but also more initiative aggressiveness.Men’s concession was reflected in maintaining the harmony of husband-wife relationship through compromise,while carrying out passive attacks on their spouses by withdrawal.Conclusion:In the process of conflict between husband and wife,women have more emotional expression and men have more rational expression.Before and after conflict,women have more rational characteristics,while men havemore emotional characteristics.
