中国成年人自省与主观幸福感的关系:问题解决倾向的中介效应

Relationship between Self-reflection and Subjective Well-being among Chinese Adults:The Mediating Role of Problem Solving Tendency

目的:探讨中国成年人自省、问题解决倾向与主观幸福感三者间的关系。方法:以中国成年人自省问卷、中文版问题解决问卷和中文版主观幸福感量表为测量工具,对安徽、北京、重庆等29个省、市、自治区的810名成年被试进行调查。结果:(1)中国成年人自省水平与问题解决倾向、主观幸福感均显著正相关,问题解决倾向和主观幸福感显著正相关;(2)中国成年人的自省水平能够显著预测其主观幸福感;(3)问题解决倾向在中国成年人自省与主观幸福感间起完全中介作用。结论:中国文化背景下,高自省水平的个体因倾向于积极解决自身遇到的问题,从而获得更高水平幸福感。

Objective:To investigate the relationship among self-reflection,subjective well-being and problem solving tendency.Methods:A Sample of 810 Chinese adults from 29 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions including Anhui,Beijing and Chongqing et al.were measured using the Self-reflection Questionnaire for Chinese Adults,Chinese Problem Solving Inventory and Subjective Happiness Scale.Results:(1)Self-reflection was positively correlated with problem-solving tendency and subjective well-being,and problem-solving tendency was positively correlated with subjective well-being.(2)The level of self-reflection significantly predicted their subjective well-being.(3)Problem solving tendency played a complete mediation role between self-reflection and subjective well-being.Conclusion:Under the Chinese cultural background,individuals with high levels of self-reflection tend to actively solve their own problems and thus obtain a higher level of well-being.
