团体认知行为疗法对住院精神分裂症患者自杀风险的干预效果观察

Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Hospitalized Schizophrenics Observation of Intervention Effects on Suicide Risk

目的:探讨团体认知行为疗法对精神分裂症患者自杀风险的干预效果。方法:将60例存在自杀风险的住院精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为实验组31例和对照组29例。对照组给予常规治疗及自杀风险护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予团体认知行为治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、BECK自杀意念问卷(BSI-CV)(最近1周)及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分结果。结果:重复测量方差分析结果显示:对SIOSS、BSICV(最近1周)评分的交互作用显著。简单效应分析,实验组治疗后评分显著性降低;对HAMD评分的交互作用不显著,治疗阶段的主效应显著。配对样本t检验结果:实验组治疗后绝望分量表、自杀意念、自杀意念严重程度及实施自杀可能性因子分数显著降低。结论:团体认知行为疗法对于降低精神分裂症患者自杀风险效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of group cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on suicide risk in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:60 hospitalized schizophrenic patients with suicide risk were divided into experimental group(31 cases)and control group(29 cases)by random number table.The control group was given routine treatment and suicide risk nursing,and the experimental group was given group CBT on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating Scale for suicidal ideation(SIOSS),BECK Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire(BSI-CV)(last 1 week)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The variance results of repeated measurements showed that the score analysis of SIOSS and BSI-CV(the last 1 week)showed significant interaction.Further simple effect analysis showed that the score of the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment.The HAMD score analysis showed that the interaction was not significant and the main effect of the treatment stage was significant.The paired sample T test results showed that the scores of depression subscale,suicidal ideation,suicidal ideation severity and suicide probability factors were significantly reduced in the experimental group after treatment.Conclusion:Group cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in reducing suicide risk in patients with schizophrenia.
