主要介绍了一种基于OpenVPN技术的起重机远程监控及维护系统,该系统采用PLC作为现场数据采集和处理单元,WinCC组态软件采用OPC方式与现场PLC进行数据通信,将起重机运行数据归档到自带的SQL数据库中,并通过OpenVPN技术将数据上传至云服务器,最后利用Java编程语言开发远程监控平台软件,实现对起重机的远程监控及维护.

This paper mainly introduces a crane remote monitoring and maintenance system based on OpenVPN technology.The system uses PLC as the on-site data acquisition and processing unit,WinCC configuration software uses OPC to communicate with the on-site PLC,archives the crane operation data into its own SQL database,uploads the data to the cloud server through OpenVPN technology,and finally uses Java programming language to develop remote monitoring platform software to realize remote monitoring and maintenance of the crane.
