摘要
教学技能是师范生成为一名卓越的教师重要的专业素养,如何应用微课培养师范生的教学技能是值得研究的课题.对微课在师范生教学技能培养中的研究现状进行了分析,阐述了微课对数学师范生教学技能提升的影响,并提出了基于微课培养数学师范生教学技能的实施过程.
It is worth studying how to cultivate the students’ teaching ability by using the micro-lecture,because teaching skills is the most important professional quality for normal college students to grow up as an outstanding teacher.The paper analyzes the research status of micro-lecture in the process of training normal college students’ teaching skills,introduces the influence of micro-lecture on the improvement of teaching skills of mathematics normal students,and put forwards the implementation process of training mathematics normal students’ teaching skills based on micro-lecture.
