国家自然科学基金联合基金对高校科研体系发展的促进作用——以北京理工大学为例

The Promoting Effect of National Natural Science Foundation Joint Fund on Scientific Research System in Universities: A Case Study of Beijing Institute of Technology

持续加强基础研究多元投入,促进协同创新,是深入贯彻习近平总书记关于科技重要论述精神的具体要求,也是新时期自然科学基金改革的重要举措之一。本文在全面阐述国家自然科学基金联合基金在科研创新链条中意义的基础上,基于北京理工大学近年来开展联合基金组织工作的实践,综合与其他相关高校科研管理的交流研讨,分析总结了联合基金在高校科研体系发展中发挥的促进作用,提出了对联合基金未来工作的建议。

To continue to strengthen the diverse input in basic research and promote collaborative innovation is the specific requirement of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s critical discussion on scientific and technological innovation,and is also one of the important measures for the reform of NSFC in the new era.Based on the summary of the significance of Joint Fund in scientific research innovation chain,this article describes the Joint Fund project managements of Beijing Institute of Technology in recent years and includes discussions with other related universities.It is found that NSFC joint fund plays a significant role in promoting scientific development of universities.Further,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future work of the Joint Fund.
