摘要
中国电子科技集团有限公司(以下简称"中国电科")在国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称"自然科学基金委")的指导下,围绕智能时代科技创新驱动高质量发展的要求,瞄准人工智能能力技术生成目标,从实际需求问题出发,打造开放式创新交流平台,汇聚全国科研优势力量,自2019以来,自然科学基金企业联合基金共资助项目64项,与多家高校建立稳定合作关系,区域聚集效应的产生。项目研制注重需求与问题牵引,促进了科研院所、学科交叉融合创新,并在智能社会、军事智能、人工智能自主可控等领域构筑了一系列先发优势。
Under the guidance of National Natural Science Foundation of China,with the high-quality development requirements,China Electronics Technology Group Corporation(CETC)aimed at solving the artificial intelligence technology practical needs,and an excellent scientific research team was attracted by this opening platform.Since 2019,the Natural Science Foundation Enterprise Joint Fund has funded 64 projects.Stable cooperative relations with many universities were established,and a regional agglomeration effect was created.The development of the project focuses on demand and problem traction,promotes the integration and innovation of scientific research institutes and disciplines,and has built a series of first-mover advantages in the fields of intelligent society,military intelligence,and artificial intelligence.
