联合基金资助管理工作综述——以信息科学部为例

The Joint Fund Management of Information Science Department:An Overview

信息科学部联合基金是国家自然科学基金联合基金的重要组成部分,该项目旨在发挥国家自然科学基金的导向作用,吸引和集聚全国优势科研力量,聚焦信息领域中的核心科学问题,培养科学技术人才与平台,提升自主创新能力。随着新时期联合基金改革的推进,联合基金占国家自然科学基金项目的比重及其重要性逐年提升。本文主要梳理阐述了信息科学部联合基金近十年(2011—2020年)资助管理工作概况,为进一步深化新时期联合基金改革提供参考。

The Joint Fund of the Department of Information Sciences(DIS)is an important part of the Joint Funds supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC).The Fund aims to give the full play to the guiding role of the National Science Fund,attracts and pools leading scientific research forces nationwide,focuses on the core scientific issues in the information field,cultivates scientific and technological talents and platforms,and enhances the ability of independent innovation.With the advancement of the reform in the new period,the proportion of the Joint Fund in the National Science Fund,as well as its importance,keeps increasing year by year.This paper summarizes the funding management of the Joint Fund of the DIS in the past decade(2011—2020),thus providing a reference for further deepening the reform in the new period.
