The Achievements and Promoting Strategies of the Reform of the Joint Funds Programs in the New Era:Taking the Department of Engineering and Materials Sciences as An Example

工程与材料科学部的联合基金项目坚持立足工程科学与材料科学前沿问题,聚焦社会经济发展和行业需求,为破解国家重大科技瓶颈提供解决方案。本文全面回顾并分析了工程与材料科学部联合基金项目的管理特点,从定量分析和案例分析两个维度介绍了联合基金设立以来项目资助的基本特征和主要成效,并从新时期联合基金的可持续发展视角提出了联合基金的政策改革方向。

The Joint Funds programs of the Department of Engineering and Material Sciences adhere to establish in the cutting edge of engineering sciences and materials science.It focus on the demands of the socioeconomic and industry developments,and aims to provide solutions for breaking the significant technology bottleneck of China.In this paper,the management characteristics of the Joint Funds programs of the Department of Engineering and Material Sciences are reviewed and analyzed.From the aspects of quantitative analysis and case studies,the basic characteristics and the major achievements of the Joint Funds programs are introduced since the funding was found.From the sustainable development perspective of the Joint Funds programs in new era,the policy reform directions of the funds programs is proposed.
