科技馆开展馆校合作的影响因素研究——基于对国内9座科技馆的访谈调查 被引量:2

摘要 馆校合作是在当前时代背景下科技馆发挥教育作用的重要途径。在国外,馆校合作模式已相对成熟;在国内,馆校合作蓬勃发展的同时,许多科技馆在实践过程中也遇到了一些因素的限制。本研究借鉴扎根理论,通过对国内9座科技馆的访谈调查,探讨了影响科技馆开展馆校合作的内外部因素。研究表明,在内部,展教队伍建设水平不足及展品更新换代的现实需求等是重要影响因素;在外部,缺少较可靠的评价制度以及缺少政策推进是主要影响因素。 The museum-school cooperation plays a valuable role in education in science and technology museums nowadays.The modes of museum-school cooperation have grown comparatively mature abroad.And this kind of cooperation has a booming development in China,but some limiting factors arose in science and technology museums during the practicing process.Based on interviews and investigations upon nine Chinese science and technology museums,this paper explores the internal and external factors that affect the development of museum-school cooperation from the perspective of grounded theory.The results have shown that the low level of development for science and educational staff and the urgent needs for exhibits upgrading are important internal factors,as well as the lack of a reliable evaluation system and promoting policy are principal factors of external influence.
