In daily safety management,it is often heard that"doing it is better than not doing it well","checking more is better than staying in the office"and so on.Even some safety management personnel hold this concept,which is commonly seen in middle and senior level safety management personnel.These safety management concepts stem from a high emphasis on the possibility and consequences of safety accidents,and it cannot be denied that such concepts have a certain positive effect on pursuing zero safety risks.However,although this concept may have its rationale in certain situations,it also has significant drawbacks that may have negative impacts on aspects such as enterprise management,employee morale,and resource allocation.This article aims to analyze the drawbacks of this security management concept from multiple perspectives.
