基于RWH风险分析基础的安全操作规程编制

本文通过研究安全操作规程的由来及编制方法,对比分析安全操作规程编制中存在的问题,提出使用基于RWH风险分析基础编制安全操作规程,既解决了操作规程编写流于形式,风险分析不全面的问题,又简化了风险分析过程,避免过多分析工具引入,增加安全操作规程编写难度。

This paper by studying the origin of safety operation procedures and establishment method,comparative analysis of the problems existing in the safety operation procedures,proposed the use of RWH risk analysis based preparation safety operation procedures,not only solve the operation procedures write a mere formality,risk analysis is not comprehensive problems,and simplify the risk analysis process,avoid excessive analysis tools,increase the difficulty of writing safety operation procedures.
