浅谈如何做好承包商的安全管理

随着现在技术发展,专业化程度越来越高,企业是不可能垄断所有技术的,通过聘用承包商比聘用大量专业人员或者花费大量人力物力开发新技术、培养技术骨干来说更省时省力,所以各企业对承包商的依赖程度越来越高。而每年因企业对承包商管理不善而导致事故发生或者承担相应责任的情况屡见不鲜。笔者在此根据企业实际管理情况浅谈一下如何做好承包商的安全管理。

With the development of technology and the increasing degree of specialization,it is impossible for enterprises to monopolize all technology.Hiring contractors is more time-saving and labor-saving than hiring a large number of professionals or spending a lot of manpower and resources to develop new technologies and cultivate technical backbone.Therefore,the dependence of various enterprises on contractors is becoming higher and higher.It is not uncommon for accidents or corresponding responsibilities to occur every year due to poor management of contractors by enterprises.Based on the actual management situation of the enterprise,the author will briefly discuss how to do a good job in the safety management of contractors.
