浅析行为安全观察的应用探索

企业通过有效地实施行为安全观察,可以使作业现场不规范的作业行为的数量大大地下降,并因此使发生事故的机会随之降低。笔者从开展行为安全观察的目的及应用步骤等几个方面论述了企业开展行为安全观察的必要性,以及企业应如何开展安全行为观察。以期对企业更好地开展行为安全观察具有重要的指导作用。
