摘要
通过对项目安全管理中的人员资质能力进行了分析讨论,安全管理的重点是管理人,所以做好项目安全管理的关键是工作是对人的管理,所以本文通过对项目各级人员的资质能力要求进行了分析,提出了满足安全管理所需的基本要求,并分析了各级人员的职责要求;同时对提高人员安全意识和能力的方法进行了分析,认为通过系统的培训:入场培训、新员工三级培训、特种作业培训(含取证培训);通过安全沟通交流及安全活动:全体人员会议、海报、宣传栏、工具箱会谈(TBT),每周健康与安全会议,安全对话和健康与安全活动等;通过示范等手段,来达到提升施工人员安全意识、安全技能和安全素质的目的。
Through the analysis and discussion of personnel qualifications and abilities in project safety management,the focus of safety management is on managing personnel,so the key to doing a good job in project safety management is to manage people.Therefore,this article analyzes the qualification and ability requirements of personnel at all levels of the project,proposes the basic requirements for meeting safety management needs,and analyzes the responsibilities of personnel at all levels;At the same time,an analysis was conducted on methods to enhance personnel safety awareness and capabilities,and it was suggested that systematic training should be provided,including on-site training,three-level training for new employees,and special operations training(including certification training);Through secure communication and safety activities,including staff meetings,posters,bulletin boards,toolbox talks(TBT),weekly health and safety meetings,safety dialogues,and health and safety activities;By demonstrating and other means,the goal is to enhance the safety awareness,skills,and quality of construction personnel.
