关于地级市辖区内安全生产审计方法的研究与探讨

为了对安全生产工作作出系统性客观性的评价,研究拟从安全生产政策落实、体制建设、基础能力、综合监管等相关信息出发,建立基于安全生产大数据分析技术的通用型城市安全生产审计方法,主要审计对象包括监管机关、生产经营企业、社会公众等责任主体。本文研究的主要目标是针对地级市区安全生产风险特点,开展安全生产工作量化审计,挖掘影响生产安全的核心指标及其关联关系,综合评价监管体制、监管能力、资源保障等关键指标,为优化提升地级市安全生产监管工作提出针对性对策建议。

In order to systematically and objectively evaluate the safety production work,the study intends to establish a universal city safety production audit method based on big data analysis technology,starting from relevant information such as the implementation of safety production policies,system construction,basic capabilities,and comprehensive supervision.The main audit targets include regulatory authorities,production and operation enterprises,and the general public.The primary objective of this study is to conduct a quantitative audit of safety production work characteristics in prefecture-level cities,exploring core indicators and their associated relationships affecting production safety.It aims to comprehensively evaluate key indicators such as regulatory system,regulatory capacity,and resource guarantee,and propose targeted countermeasure suggestions to optimize and enhance safety production supervision in prefecture-level cities.
