摘要
本文深入分析了金隅冀东水泥在检维修过程中发生的典型生产安全事故,发现检维修作业期间发生生产安全事故占比高达39%,揭示了检维修作业过程中的安全管控不足,结合金隅冀东水泥检维修作业的管理模式,本文提出了顶层设计、作业准备、过程管理、完工试车和事后总结5个管理步骤,全方位保障检维修期间的生产安全。期望本文所提出的安全管理措施能为水泥行业的安全生产管理提供有价值的参考。
This article deeply analyzes the typical production safety accidents that occurred during the inspection and maintenance process of Tangshan Jidong Cement Co.LTD.Cement.It was found that the proportion of production safety accidents during the inspection and maintenance operation was as high as 39%,revealing the insufficient safety control in the inspection and maintenance operation process.Combined with the management mode of Tangshan Jidong Cement Co.LTD.Cement's inspection and maintenance operation,this article proposes five management steps:top-level design,operation preparation,process management,completion test run,and post event summary,to comprehensively ensure production safety during the inspection and maintenance period.We hope that the safety management measures proposed in this article can provide valuable references for the safety production management of the cement industry.
