水泥行业发展形势严峻,利用水泥窑协同处置废物,实现水泥生产、燃料替代、协同处置三位一体成为水泥企业新形势下可持续、高质量发展、绿色转型的路径依赖,随着水泥窑协同处置项目在全国各地的不断实施,加上危险废物本身具有易燃性、反应性和腐蚀性等特点,加强水泥窑协同处置过程中的安全风险管控势在必行。从物料的危险、有害因素辨识与分析以及生产过程危险有害因素分析,做好本质安全设计、加强全流程管控,关口前移做好安全管家服务是水泥窑协同处置危险废物安全平稳运行的重要途径。
The development situation of the cement industry is severe.Utilizing cement kiln collaborative waste disposal to achieve the integration of cement production,fuel substitution,and collaborative disposal has become a path dependence for sustainable,high-quality development,and green transformation of cement enterprises in the new situation.With the continuous implementation of cement kiln collaborative disposal projects across the country,coupled with the characteristics of hazardous waste such as flammability,reactivity,and corrosiveness,it is imperative to strengthen safety risk control in the process of cement kiln collaborative disposal.Identifying and analyzing the hazardous and harmful factors of materials,as well as analyzing the hazardous and harmful factors in the production process,ensuring intrinsic safety design,strengthening full process control,and providing safety management services by moving the gateway forward are important ways for the safe and stable operation of cement kilns in collaborative disposal of hazardous waste.
