浅谈水泥企业预热器热物料作业安全风险控制

摘要 《水泥单位产品能源消耗限额》(GB16780-2021)发布实施后,很大部分水泥企业采取了使用非化石替代燃料降低能耗,原燃材料的改变给水泥熟料煅烧工艺带来了一系列负面影响,预热器堵料、窑内结圈、烟室和分解炉长厚结皮等工艺事故频繁,预热器捅堵作业、清理结皮作业频繁,增加了作业人员热物料烫伤风险,笔者对预热器长结皮堵料等主要因素、热物料作业过程中主要安全风险、热物料作业过程中主要风险控制措施、应急处置等方面进行了分析,提出了建议,有效降低了水泥企业预热器热物料作业安全风险,减少热物料烫伤事故发生。 After the release and implementation of GB16780-2021"Energy Consumption Limits for Unit Products of Cement",a large number of cement enterprises have taken measures to reduce energy consumption by using non-fossil alternative fuels.The change of raw and fuel materials has brought a series of negative impacts on the cement clinker calcination process.Process accidents such as preheater blockage,kiln ring formation,long and thick crusts in the smoke chamber and calciner occur frequently.The operations of unclogging the preheater and cleaning the crust are also frequent,increasing the risk of hot material scalding for operators.The author has analyzed the main factors such as long crust and blockage in the preheater,the main safety risks in the process of hot material operation,the main risk control measures in the process of hot material operation,and emergency disposal,and put forward suggestions,which effectively reduces the safety risk of hot material operation in the preheater of cement enterprises and reduces the occurrence of hot material scalding accidents.
